As a Technical Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is eager to develop a wide range of skills. You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer, assisting with technical customer support, presales conversations, QA, release management, product management projects, and occasional administrative tasks.
* Technical Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient support to our customers, addressing technical issues and inquiries.
* Technical Presales Conversations: Assist in technical discussions with potential clients to help them understand our product's capabilities.
* Quality Assurance (QA): Participate in testing our software to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of bugs.
* Release Management: Coordinate and manage the release of new software versions, ensuring all updates are deployed smoothly.
* Product Management Projects: Take ownership of small projects, such as maintaining and updating product documentation.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle occasional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

* A bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.
* Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about our AI monitoring platform.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills.
* Experience with customer support, QA, or release management is a plus but not required.
